This is me Julie Ann and proud founder of Tula Yoga and Massage.
Tula is the Sanskrit name for Balance, and isn’t that what we are all striving for in today’s busy world? A healthier balance between our home/ personal life and our professional / work life.
We live in a society now where we think we can have it all, but that normally comes at a cost to our own mental health and well being. Trying to do everything for everyone and nothing for ourselves comes at a cost. By looking after our own personal health, mind and body first we are better equipped to help care for others without depleting ourselves.
Yoga and massage work hand in hand, one works the body physically whilst relaxes the mind and the other relaxes the body and gives rest and escapism to the mind.

I have over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness and holistic therapy industries. I have learnt the benefits of self care for my physical body and mental health care for my mind. I can draw on personal experiences and traumas to help guide you to a better healthier place both physically and mentally. So let me help you by releasing the tension reducing anxiety teaching you how to work and relax your body. Learn how your physical bodies and emotional bodies are intertwined and what we can do through massage and yoga to help balance both.
